Pay Rate

• Traveler: $1,850 – $1,915/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients, monitor clinical conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

• Minimum 1 year of Epic experience.

• Current SC RN license.

• BLS certification.

• ACLS certification.

• NIHSS certification.

• Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telemetry experience.

• ER Holding experience.

• Cardiac Telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients.

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.

• Administer medications and treatments according to orders.

• Monitor cardiac/telemetry patients and recognize changes in condition.

• Document patient care accurately in Epic.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Provide patient education and discharge planning.

• Float to other units or facilities as required.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

• Weekend: Every other weekend; may vary based on unit needs.

• Floating: Required to other units or facilities as needed.

• First-Time Travelers: Considered based on experience.
