RN_Med Surg/Telemetry opening in New Lenox, IL. Below is the estimated pay rate.

• Start: 8/17/2026
• 4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience - [Required]
• Stepdown experience - [REQUIRED]
• Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post surgical cases - [Required]
• Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients -[Required]
• *Active IL License is required at time of submission*
• BLS/CPR (AHA) - [Required]
• NIHSS- [required]
• ACLS - [required]
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated - [Required]

Gross Pay Weekly:       $2516 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable:         $990 ($27.50/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E:            $518 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging:                $1008 per week
OT Rate:                $70 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2219 (based on 36hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly:        $3186 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2688 (Based on 48hrs)
