Registered Nurse (RN) | Ukiah Valley, CA
Join a mission-driven healthcare team deeply rooted in the Ukiah Valley community since 1956. Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic acute care environment.
Our facility includes a 50-bed acute care medical center, Level IV trauma center, Level II NICU services, outpatient surgery and diagnostic center, advanced wound care, and rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity to practice across a broad range of clinical settings while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Provide coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Supervise and delegate tasks to support nursing and ancillary staff as appropriate
Educate patients and families to support recovery and continuity of care
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
What You’ll Bring:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
