RN – Med/Surg (Contract)

Location: California 95490 | Pay: $1,816–$2,041/week
Shift: 2nd 12h Night (1900–0730) | Hours: 36–48/week
Scrubs: No specific color

Job Summary:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.

• Supervise and direct nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – preferred

• Acute care experience – preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active RN license in California – required

• BLS/CPR – required

• ACLS – required (within 6 months)

• PALS – required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare team.

• Provide patient and family education.

• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.

• Delegate and coordinate tasks among healthcare team members.

• Maintain accurate documentation (Cerner experience preferred—please indicate).
