Role Overview
As an RN Medical Group, you will support the physician office healthcare team by delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating clinical services within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
- Supporting physicians and providers in the delivery of patient care
- Assessing patient needs and developing appropriate care plans
- Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
- Coordinating care and communicating effectively with providers and care team members
- Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
- Ensuring compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Required:
- Technical Nursing Program OR
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience
Required:
- One (1) year of nursing experience
Preferred:
- One (1) year of medical office experience
Licensure / Certification
Required:
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
