What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within regulatory standards
• Assess patient needs and implement personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate and coordinate nursing tasks to team members
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and facility policies
• Support unit and department goals by contributing to continuous improvement
• Perform related duties to uphold quality patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical/surgical nursing
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
