What You’ll Do

  • Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and ancillary team members
  • Utilize data and clinical information to evaluate patient outcomes and implement improvements
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards
  • Embrace a patient-centered approach to improve satisfaction and staff morale


What You Need

Required:
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • 2+ years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
  • Proficiency in computer and healthcare software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
