What Youll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Maintain current certifications and stay updated on best nursing practices
What You Need
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
