What You Will Bring:
  • Strong clinical skills with at least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
  • Current RN license in your practicing state
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty
  • Experience in teaching or patient education
  • Bilingual abilities or cultural competency skills

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Prior experience handling complex or high-acuity cases in diverse patient populations

Other Important Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including moving heavy objects and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with current healthcare laws, standards, and safety protocols
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and privacy standards
