What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment
Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about care plans, post-discharge instructions
Document patient information and progress thoroughly
Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
Maintain strict infection control practices in accordance with healthcare standards
What You Need:
Current RN license in the state of practice
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Physical capability to perform heavy work (including exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally)
