What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients, following the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized teaching and care plans.
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and implement changes.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty relevant to medical/surgical nursing
