What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality patient care within a Medical/Surgical unit.
Assess patient needs, implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and document care accurately.
Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise licensed and ancillary staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and policies.
Support patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain safety protocols and infection control standards.
What You Need
Required:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
2+ years of medical/surgical nursing experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Additional education (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing)
