Position: RN – Medical/Surgical
Location: West Bend, WI 53095
Duration: 10/26/2026 – 01/22/2027
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours/week, 3x12s, every other weekend, float as needed

Requirements

Required Experience

• Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Experience providing inpatient nursing care primarily to adult patients.

Preferred Experience

• 1 year Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Required Education

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating NLC state
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider or AHA-approved equivalent

Required Skills

• Critical thinking, communication, organizational skills, customer service, Medical/Surgical nursing

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of inpatient patients.
• Provide nursing care primarily to adult patients.
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of inpatient nursing care.
• Provide safe and effective patient care while applying critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Float as needed according to department requirements.
