What Youll Do
Provide expert nursing care using the nursing process within regulatory standards
Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
Delegate tasks and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
Support patients' cultural, ethnic, and religious considerations in care delivery
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and standards
Maintain thorough documentation and accurate patient records
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Proficiency with healthcare software and patient management systems
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in nursing or higher
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
