What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice and standards.
• Assess patient needs, perform treatments, and update care plans.
• Delegate and coordinate with licensed and ancillary team members effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain professional responsibility and support the department’s strategic goals.
• Adapt care to meet diverse patient populations and improve outcomes.

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment
