What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with facility policies and industry standards.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Support unit and organizational goals through professional practice and collaboration.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local healthcare regulations affecting nursing practice.

What You Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
