    • Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
    • Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice
    • Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes
    • Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy.
    • Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight).
    • Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action

    Job Requirements

    Required

    • Diploma Of Nursing Completed education as a registered nurse
    • Registered Nurse: MN
    • Basic Life Support - CPR

    Preferred

    • Previous hospital experience
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 - months
    • Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 12 - months
