Shift Option:

• Day: 7:00AM to 7:30 PM
• Nights:07:00 PM to 07:30 AM

 
Local Pay: $80/hour
Travel pay:$3500/weekly
 
Job Summary:
RN – NICU is responsible for providing specialized, high-quality nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role involves monitoring neonatal conditions, administering treatments, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team, and supporting families. Day and night shift options are available.
 
Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in neonatal conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Manage and monitor neonatal equipment and support respiratory and other critical-care needs.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate and support parents and families regarding the newborn’s condition and plan of care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow hospital policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
• Active RN License of California state
• Basic Life Support
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Level IlI Neonatal Intensive Care experience
• AWHONN
