What You’ll Do:
Provide coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery plans, and ongoing care needs
Delegate and supervise assigned nursing staff appropriately
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You’ll Bring:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
BLS/CPR certification required
NRP certification required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
BSN preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills
