What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within NICU.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize neonatal outcomes.
• Educate families about care plans and health maintenance.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment for neonatal patients and their families.

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years’ RN experience, preferably in NICU or pediatric care
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated good judgment and interpersonal skills
