The Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU provides specialized neonatal nursing care within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role requires delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care while collaborating closely with physicians, neonatal specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong neonatal nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Must-Have Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire
BLS Certification – American Heart Association
NRP Certification – American Academy of Pediatrics (within 90 days of hire)
Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work night shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
NICU nursing experience preferred
Experience in acute care or neonatal critical care settings
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience in Level III NICU environment preferred
