Seeking immediate start date; Level III NICU; 36 beds; may float for an appropriate assignment to a pediatric unit. Must have a minimum of 2 years as a NICU RN and prior travel experience to be considered.

Experience/Qualifications

• BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.

• Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience preferred.

• Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.

• Ability to monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to escalate safety concerns promptly.

• Competence in medication administration and adherence to physician orders.

• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.

• Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.

• Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.
