Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift (3x12 Schedule)
Location: Near South Sioux City, Nebraska
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities near South Sioux City , Nebraska. This facility provides both skilled nursing and assisted living services, offering a supportive environment focused on high-quality resident care.
Position Details:
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living
Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/update care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate clinical interventions
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal care
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead during overnight shifts
