12-hour Night shifts
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory requirements
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and mental status
Identify changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency response when necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and evaluate resident care plans
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Maintain complete and compliant medical records
Uphold company values, ethical standards, and quality of care expectations
Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
1-3 years of nursing experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Knowledge of clinical equipment (monitors, infusion devices, drainage systems)
