RN – Nurse Lead

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

• 36 Hours/Week

• Pay Package: ~$2,187 per week

• Full-time / Contract / Temporary opportunities available

• On-site position

Requirements

• Active RN license required

• Current BLS certification required

• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience

• Minimum 2 years leadership or charge nurse experience

• Strong triage and urgent response experience

• Experience with patient safety and incident reporting

• Leadership, mentoring, and staff development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care

• Supervise patient assessments and care planning

• Assist with urgent/emergency response coordination

• Mentor and support junior nursing staff

• Monitor clinical outcomes and workflow improvements

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Participate in performance evaluations and leadership initiatives

Weekly Pay

• Approx. $2,187/week gross
