RN – Nurse Manager
Los Angeles, CA

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations in a hospital or acute care setting in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about staff development, patient care quality, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

  • Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling for assigned unit(s)

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to nursing staff

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership

  • Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes

Requirements

  • Active California RN license

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred

  • Minimum 3–5 years clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills

  • Must have OR Experience
