Job Description
RN Nurse Manager - Home Health
Location: Around Peabody, MA area and towns nearby
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Must be an RN with 3+ years of management experience, preferably in the Home-care space.
- Overseeing two LPNs as direct reports and conducting field supervisions of clients and the care team.
- Position involves 80% travel and 20% office-based meetings and paperwork.
- Company car provided with all expenses covered.
- Full benefits package included.
- Responsible for managing the team and seeing 5-6 patients per day.
- Avoiding complex procedures such as wound care treatments and IVs, focusing on basic patient assessments
- Low turnover rate, making it a great place to work.
