RN NURSE SUPERVISOR Job Type: Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Shift: 11PM-7AM Pines Edge at North Hill offers a unique “Small House” model of care, featuring seven households with just 10–12 private rooms — each with its own bath, surrounding a central kitchen and inviting common spaces for dining, recreation, rehabilitation, or quiet reflection. Position Summary The RN Nursing Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing care in accordance with standard nursing practice and North Hill's high standards of care. This position involves conducting clinical rounds and actively collaborating with Resident Care staff to assess and address the care needs of our Residents. Job Specific Duties
