We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong acute care background and ICU and/or Emergency Department experience to join our Nursing Float Pool on a full-time night shift schedule.

Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance may be available.

Pay Range: $42.96 - $79.55 per hour

Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority.

What You'll Do

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while serving as a trusted clinical resource across the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Documenting patient care accurately and in accordance with established standards
• Delegating and directing care appropriately based on team member competencies
• Supporting quality, safety, infection prevention, and performance improvement initiatives
• Maintaining professional excellence through ongoing education and development

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience caring for medically complex patients
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
