RN Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Work Schedule: Part Time Nights (2) days a week 8P-8:30A; weekend and holiday rotation 

• Assists in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations on all shifts. 
• Provides supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of safe, quality patient care.
• Functions as administrative resource for hospital operations in the absence of Administration

Education Requirements

 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

• Minimum 1-year critical care experience; required 
• Minimum 1-year Charge Nurse or Supervisor Experience in an Acute Care Setting; Required 

Certification and Licensure

• BLS Certification
• PA Registered Nurse License
• ACLS
