Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Obstetrics Registered Nurse (OB RN) for a contract assignment in St. Francis, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the perinatal journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns across the perinatal continuum.
• Practice independently and collaboratively to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Obstetrics (OB) nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS and NRP certifications preferred or required per facility
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced OB environment

Benefits

• $70.00 per hour
• Night shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
