Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in your state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with oncology or specialized patient populations
  • Strong knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment, and evidence-based care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in managing confidential information and maintaining privacy

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in oncology nursing (OCN) or related specialties
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
  • At least 2 years of direct oncology or related specialty experience in a hospital or clinical setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts as indicated by the schedule
  • Ability to perform heavy physical work and work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
