JOB SUMMARY

Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Clinical Manager. Working autonomously, the RN accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a case manager to plan and implement and evaluate the care for HBO, Wound Care, and Ostomy  clients  according to age-specific criteria The RN works within the State Practice Act and follows all Wound Care Center and hospital policies and procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associates Degree in Nursing is required

Licensure:  Current Georgia RN License in Good Standing BLS CPR required

Experience: Two years’ experience in an acute care setting preferred. Ambulatory care experience desirable.

Skills: BLS certification required
