RN-Operating Room

 
Location: University of Kansas Great Bend - 514 Cleveland Street, Great Bend, KS 67530
Bill Rate: $100.00 before admin fee
Class/Area: RN/OR Circulator
Start Date: ASAP
Ori Schedule: Virtual orientation every Monday 
Non-Billable Ori: 8 hours
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Days - 4 x 10s, start time is variable
Weekend Requirement: On-Call only (5pm Friday to 7am Monday)
Holiday Requirement: Holidays required in rotation
Floating Requirement: May float to procedural areas (pain management, interventional radiology)
On Call Requirement: 8 shifts per month, including some weekends

Experience Requirement: 1+ year of OR circulator experience with orthopedics, OB/Gyn (including C-sections) & general surgery. Scrub experience NOT required
Experience Preferred: 2+ years of OR experience. Previous travel experience is a plus. EPIC experience is highly preferred.
New graduates accepted: No
License and Certification Requirement: KS RN | AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
Client Specific Notes: **60-mile radius is lifted but locals will be expected to convert to perm** Nicotine free facility | Client is allowed 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2 hour notice
