Surgery Center of Highlands Ranch, our new state‑of‑the‑art, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center is expanding, and we're actively hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high‑performing surgical team.
We are proud to be the only ASC in Colorado equipped with a DaVinci XI Surgical System, and we are preparing to move into a larger facility to support our continued growth.

What You'll Do
As an Operating Room RN, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high‑quality perioperative care in a diverse surgical setting. Responsibilities include:
What We're Looking For
Current Colorado or compact-state RN license
1+ year of Operating Room experience required
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred
BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must be completed within 90 days of employment if not already certified
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Must be completed within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required if pediatric care is included in the facility's scope
Must be completed within 90 days of employment or proof of current certification
CNOR or specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing preferred

Our facilities focus on short-term care and primarily provide non-emergency surgical procedures in many specialties, including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, pain management, and otolaryngology, among others. Our facilities provide physicians with the logistics and support staff necessary to perform these procedures.
