Proven home care experience — skilled home care, private duty, or VNA background strongly preferred

Demonstrated leadership managing caregiver teams including recruiting, scheduling, and retention in a home care setting
Knowledge of ACHC Private Duty accreditation standards is a strong plus
Experience implementing quality assurance programs and maintaining compliance with Massachusetts home care and nursing regulations

Develop and enforce policies that promote compliance with Massachusetts nursing regulations, healthcare regulations, Massachusetts employment law, HIPAA, and organizational standards
