RN_OR Circulator (days+call) opening in Globe, AZ. Below is the estimated pay rate.

• M-F 6:45am-3:30 pm. 7-10 days of call/month. when on call-3:30p-7p. Call includes weekends
• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
• 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.
• RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply

Gross Pay Weekly:        $3106 (based on 40hrs)
Weekly Taxable:          $1860 ($46.50/hr x 40hrs)
Misc. and I E:            $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging:                 $770 per week
OT Rate:                 $70 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2548 (Based on 40hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly:        $3666 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2940 (based on 48hrs)
