What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Function as a Scrub Technician when needed to support surgical procedures
Monitor patient safety, administer medications, and respond effectively to emergencies
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards
What You’ll Bring:
Current RN license in the state of California
Minimum six months of Operating Room nursing experience
BLS certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required within 3 months of hire
Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
