What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process in the Operating Room setting
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing and teaching interventions
Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
Maintain strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
Document all patient interactions and care comprehensively
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate professional responsibility and uphold the standards of nursing practice
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in the practice state
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior OR or perioperative nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area within perioperative or surgical nursing
Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
Basic computer proficiency
