What You’ll Do

• Perform nursing assessments and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within legal and professional standards
• Assist surgeons during laparoscopic and robotic procedures
• Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-op care
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of RN experience, with specific experience in robotics and laparoscopic procedures

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
