What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process in the surgical setting.
• Assist with preoperative and intraoperative patient preparations.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia-related concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical, anesthesia, and support teams.
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Document all patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices.

What You Need:
Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 2 years of OR or relevant surgical experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Additional certifications (e.g., CNOR)
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Experience working in a high-volume hospital or outpatient surgical center
