- Current Minnesota RN or LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices and state healthcare regulations
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
RN / LPN Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and medical records
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and daily resident care needs
- Support individualized care plans and resident wellbeing
- Follow infection control and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- RNs may assist with supervision of CNAs and nursing support staff

- Full-time
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift
- Every other weekend required
