Location: Milton, NH

 Fridays | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

 RN: $44.50/hour | LPN: $31.50/hour

This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy building genuine connections with patients and providing personalized, one-on-one care in a calm home setting. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact while working with a supportive team that truly values and appreciates its caregivers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• Complete patient assessments and help create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
• Educate and support patients and family members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while feeling supported by a team
