About the RoleJoin our collaborative care team as a RN or LPN providing hands‑on nursing care with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment. You’ll support residents with varying medical needs, oversee support staff, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment. We offer an opportunity to work in a clean and safe environment with low nurse-to-resident ratios. What You’ll DoAdminister medications safely and accurately Complete and contribute to care plans Document admissions and discharges Supervise and support CNAs and other team members Monitor vitals and respond to changes in condition Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment Provide clear shift reports and communication
What You NeedValid Illinois RN or LPN license CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Experience with elderly populations (preferred) Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
