What Youll Do:
Provide expert nursing care utilizing the nursing process within regulatory standards
Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
Delegate and manage nursing team resources effectively
Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team and patients
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and standards
Support quality patient outcomes and unit goals
Ensure safety and infection control protocols are adhered to at all times
What You Need:
Valid current RN license for Louisiana
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
