Job Title: RN - OR

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team. The ideal candidate will utilize the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice to deliver high-quality patient care. You will effectively delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role requires sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, and a commitment to professional responsibility and accountability. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on surgical specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics (DaVinci experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families based on individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and manage resources efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the clinical setting and support departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of OR experience, with specific experience in Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics required.
  • DaVinci robotics experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
  • Ability to exert force as needed to move objects (heavy work).
  • Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and communicable diseases.
  • Potential occupational hazards including hazardous medications and waste.

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10

Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM (24-hour shift)

Start Date: 03/09/2026
