Job Title: RN Operating Room (OR)
Location: Newark, DE

Assignment: Travel | 13 Weeks | 40 hrs/week

Shift & Schedule:

• Combination of 8 & 12-hour shifts
• Evenings: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• No block scheduling (schedule based on unit needs)
• 1 weekend per 4 weeks
• No holiday requirement

Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse with strong circulating and scrubbing skills. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform both scrub and circulate duties (required)
• Provide perioperative nursing care and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to OR protocols
• Document care and assist with pre/post-operative processes

Requirements:

• Active DE RN License or Compact License (in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience (no exceptions)
• Previous travel experience required
• Must be able to scrub & circulate
• Provide all compliance details at submission (RTO, certs, etc.)

Additional Details:

• Call: 1 shift per 4 weeks (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) 1 2 PRN shifts
• Floating required within acuity
• Max 3 days RTO allowed
