Position: RN (OR) Operating Room Location: Kansas City, MO Shifts/Schedule: Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) | Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
The OR RN will Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule
Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff
Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room
Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement
On-call is required during select non-business hours.
Qualifications Required:
1+ Years of Recent OR RN (Scrub/Circulating experience in the OR)
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(RN) Registered Nurse License
Registered Nurse Diploma, ASN or BSN – Required
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay rate range: Min $34/hr. – Max $48/hr. (Based on years of experience)
Shift Diffs: $4/hr. Nights and Weekends
Sign on Bonus: $20,000
Relocation: Available case by case
