What You’ll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to surgical patients in the OR setting
• Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth procedures and patient safety
• Effectively utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient needs and tailor care plans
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and hospital standards
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proven experience in perioperative or surgical nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
