What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the OR environment
• Assess patient needs pre- and post-surgery, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative procedures
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort during procedures
• Follow all regulatory standards, including OSHA and hospital protocols
• Document clinical information accurately and timely
• Demonstrate leadership and delegation skills with team members

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience with OR exposure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in clinical settings
